Defining the Language of Professional Brewing

The Spike Solo Panel project was a dedicated study in physical user interface (UI) design, focused on elevating the tactile interaction of electric brewing. We explored a wide range of physical elements—from custom-machined knobs to heavy-duty switches—to find the perfect balance between professional-grade durability and intuitive ease of use.

While the final production model evolved to meet specific manufacturing goals, our foundational study defined the panel's ergonomic flow and high-contrast visual hierarchy. The result is a turnkey controller that feels intentional in every click and rotation.
